We deliver to both residential and places of work.

You will be able to select between Sunday or Monday delivery options if you reside in Calgary and surrounding areas. 

Sunday delivery window is currently between 10:00 – 3:00

Monday delivery window is between 8:00 – 11:00

Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park deliveries are completed on Mondays with a window between 11:00 – 2:00

YES! Once your order total reaches $98, delivery is on us. Otherwise, a small fee of $9.49+GST is added to your total at checkout. 

You will receive a text notification on the day of your delivery when the driver is on the way. From that message, you are able to text with your driver directly and follow their GPS in real-time.

Meals haven’t arrived in your given window? Call or text our customer support line at (403) 970-8400 for immediate assistance.

No problem! The sooner you let us know, the better. If this is the case, call or text us at (403) 970-8400 or email support@nutri-go.ca.  We can make your meals available for pick-up at our central kitchen, or shift the delivery to an alternate day/time.  

Only going to be away for a short period of time? Lots of our customers leave coolers outside their door with cold packs inside. 

Disclaimer – Nutri-Go is not responsible for unattended food or spoilage of any kind when meals are not transferred directly to the customer at the time of delivery. 

Late notification is considered to be advising us you are unavailable for delivery on the day of. In this case, we will do our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee the condition of your meals if they go out for delivery and are brought back to the kitchen.

Absolutely not!

Our subscription service is purely convenience based so that customers can seamlessly receive their meals without having to remember to re-order every week. 

Customers who subscribe have no obligation or commitment to continue receiving meals on a weekly basis, and have full control from their account to alter their meal selections, pause their account, or cancel completely!

To receive your meals on the nearest Sunday, all new customers and one-time orders must be submitted by Wednesday at 11:59PM. Subscribers must make any alterations to their weekly order by the same Wednesday at noon.

Navigate to the subscriptions tab where you can view your subscription details and make all desired edits.

Your subscription payment will process each Wednesday at noon. You will receive a reminder email on Tuesday in the event you still intended to make alterations.

Pop your Nutri-Go into the microwave to re-heat for 2 minutes, or desired temperature, and enjoy!

Each meal has a unique QR Code on the label – scan that with your phone camera and it will direct you to the appropriate page. From there you can learn about the ingredients, macro nutrient information and see all other additional information pertaining to that dish!

Majority of our meals have a best before date of seven days. You can find a custom best before sticker on all of your meals upon delivery, as items such as salads have a shorter shelf life.

We offer 35+ meal options. You can expect to see regular additions to keep the menu fresh and relevant to the season!

Nutri-Go cuts out any and all of the work associated with making your own meals! Your meals are already cooked, flavoured, and ready to heat and eat! 

Gluten free? – While browsing the full menu, look for the dishes that have an orange “Gluten Free” banner on the image. 

Vegan? – From the menu, select the “Vegan” filter to only show these menu options.

Allergies? – Please take the time to browse the ingredient list of any menu items that interest you. Click on the photo and additional information will pop up for your viewing pleasure. Additionally, once you’ve made your selections, let us know in the ‘ORDER NOTES’ any and all allergies or food preferences. Our culinary team is happy to assess any modifications you request.

  2. Click the “View” button on your active subscription
  3. Scroll & click “Edit Subscription” (orange button)
  4. Make your edits (removals, additions) by expanding the different categories/sections
  5. Click “Continue” on the bottom bar & select “accept” to lock in your changes!
