  • Week A? Week B? What does it all mean?

    At NUTRI-GO we believe that every good meal plan is built on variety. And we give you the choice to create your meal plan for 2 weeks at a time (Don’t worry, you only pay for meals per week).

    When you checkout you will notice that half of your meals are $0. These are your second week meals, they are there strictly to inform our staff what you want on the alternate week of your subscription. For example, when you subscribe to a 6 meal/week meal plan, you pick 12 items (6 for your first week, and 6 you want to enjoy the week after). Those 12 items renew every week, so to make sure you don’t pay for 12 meals every week on a 6 meal plan, only 6 of them are priced.

  • How much protein, carbs, fat and calories per meal?

    We calculate the nutritional value of every menu item, that nutritional information (and description of the menu item) is available when you click on the image of any menu item on the ordering pages.

  • If I Order Now, when will I receive my order?

    When you put in your order before Thursday night, you will receive your order by the first delivery date you select (either Sunday or Monday), if you opted out of shipping and choose local pick up, your order will be ready for pickup by Sunday at 5 PM at our kitchen.

    When you go to order your subscription, there is a note on the order page that lets you know what menu we are cooking for your first delivery, and what day your order will start being delivered (or be available for pickup).

  • Can I Pause or Cancel my Subscription?

    We understand that life can throw curve balls, or you have a vacation planned. You can easily pause, resume or cancel your subscription at anytime without penalty. If you have an order processed and completed, it will be delivered. So do check your plan and be sure to pause or cancel your subscription before it comes up for renewal.

  • Can I change my subscription?

    Yes, you can change your subscription at anytime. Just send us an email (support@nutri-go.ca) or give us a call (403) 970-8400 if you would like to change your subscription. If you’re looking to dramatically change your meal plan to fit your new fitness plan or dietary restrictions please call us. We would love to pair you up with our nutritionist so that they can build you a meal plan that will help you achieve your fitness goals or to set you up with a balanced diet that fits your dietary restrictions.

  • What happens if my card is expired/declined?

    If for whatever reason your credit card is declined, we will automatically try charge your card again in 24 hours. If your card is declined the second time, we will suspend your subscription. It’s not cancelled, just on pause until you login and update your payment information.
