How do I place an order?
Making your first order is simple:
- Visit www.Nutri-Go.ca
- Head into the ‘Order Now‘ section where you can make your meal selections
- Checkout, and viola!
How much is the delivery fee?
FREE! We order free delivery on all orders within Calgary and surround areas.
When will my meals be delivered?
You will receive a text notification Saturday reminding you of your delivery, as well as an estimated time.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
We recommend leaving out a cooler bag in this case, and in the event this doesn’t work for you, alternate arrangements can be made!
Is there a minimum order requirement?
When you make the commitment to healthy eating, we recommend a minimum of five meals per week. Delivery is free.
Will I be locked into a subscription?
Absolutely not. With our user portal you’re able to pause or cancel at any time before the weekly cut-off. Zero commitment.
Can I edit my subscription?
Yes! Simply log in to your user portal, go to “My Subscriptions” and click on the Edit button to make any changes you wish to switch up!
When is the weekly cut-off to make or edit my order?
If you are ordering for the first time, your order should be made by Wednesday at Midnight.
If you are on a subscription, your edits should be completed by Wednesday at NOON.
Are there gluten free options on the menu?
Yes! Most of our meals are gluten free and you are able to see the complete ingredient list prior to selecting your meals.
Indicate this preference in the comment section when making your order, and we will take care of the rest.
